Rusumo Power Company Limited (RPCL) is a special purpose company incorporated under the laws of Rwanda and was registered with Rwanda Development Board in 2013. It also maintains a certificate of compliance in Tanzania. RPCL operates the 80MW Rusumo Power Plant located on the Kagera river at Rusumo border between Rwanda and Tanzania.
